This is an apartment building with a corner shop I spotted in Berlin on Kastanienallee. The building was worth drawing because of the 80s teal van out front alongside an orange city vehicle, the red awning and the small Marlboro sign. 

The paper is one page of a sketchbook, cut at the seam and framed in a shadow box to display the paper's quality warped from watercolors and all artist marks, including location details, the number and color test strokes.
