This is a fish & chips shop along Kentish Town Rd. in London. This is such a special combination of typography, colors, and tile work. 

The paper is one page of a sketchbook, cut at the seam and framed in a shadow box to display the paper's quality warped from watercolors and all artist marks, including location details, the number and color test strokes.
